Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and you are unsure of how to navigate these overwhelming emotions? As a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals who are grappling with these very challenges. I understand the unique pressures that come with growing up in today’s world especially after a big life struggle and the uncertainty of "How do I move from this". My approach is centered on creating a safe and understanding space where we can explore these concerns together. Through evidence-based techniques, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
