I believe in compassionate listening and reflection of one's life story. I believe my client's are the experts in their story, and with openness and humility on both parts (client and therapist), we can journey together to understand the complexities of relational dynamics with oneself and others. With a focus on somatic, bottom-up approaches, and a trauma-informed lens, I use sensitivity and kindness as the main energy in the session.
