My hope as a therapist is to support you in feeling comfortable and safe while strengthening connection and awareness to yourself, your important relationships, and your community. I believe it is within us as humans to continue to explore ourselves and world with curiosity. I appreciate working with women moving through the fertility journey as well as new parents. I also appreciate working with humans struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and various forms of grief. I am unequivocally human centered. I utilize a holistic approach to healing in our sessions to include psychotherapy, components of Attachment Theory, as well as Internal Family Systems and am a Somatic Experience Practitioner in training.
