Helping others is my passion, and I look forward to supporting people through difficulties they face in life. I provide evidence based therapies to empower my clients and aid them in accomplishing their life goals. I have experience providing therapy to those struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and loss, complex trauma, and eating disorder symptoms. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA2S+ community and have experience working with individuals struggling with sexuality, gender identity, and discrimination based on sexuality, identity, gender, and race.
