Welcome! I have in-person or virtual openings; Mon 1:30 pm. Thurs. 10:30 am. No evening availability at this time. Please email me for more information! Everyone has a challenge they may be struggling with. Therapy is the perfect place to help unload the nuances of life! I have experience supporting clients of all ages. Anxiety, depression, life changes, everyday stressors, relationship difficulties, OCD, planning/time management, and anger management are all areas I have experience working in. My goal is to create a welcoming and safe environment for my clients, allowing them to be their true, authentic selves. I tend to use a person-centered approach, helping my client find their personal strengths and autonomy. I enjoy using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy in my work.
