You don’t have to navigate big emotions or the pain of past experiences alone. I work with teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. As a former school-based therapist, I'm also skilled at supporting students with school stress and anxiety. Whether you are struggling with relationships, shame, identity, or complex trauma, therapy can be a place to recognize and change old patterns. I work from a lens that recognizes how oppressive systems impact mental health. I center curiosity and respect and create an affirming space for all clients, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent folks.
