Scheduling: Molly has openings for Thursday evenings via Telehealth or in person. She accepts the following insurance: Cigna, Husky/Medicaid, Connecticare and United Healthcare. I believe in the inherent potential for growth within every person, and I strive to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I also feel a holistic approach helps people feel their best! At the core of my practice is the belief that individuals have the capacity to heal and make meaningful changes in their lives when given the right support. My approach is integrative and client-centered, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to create a personalized, holistic experience for each individual. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and utilize CBT to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns to foster self-awareness and self-compassion.
