I am a licensed counselor and it is my privilege to work with individuals ages 18 and older in a compassionate, safe, nonjudgmental setting. It is my hope that, through the counseling process, the client will feel welcomed and comfortable and be able to achieve a greater sense of peace and well being in their lives. I work with clients experiencing various forms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief as well as helping those coping with life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach incorporating various therapies including CBT, mindfulness as well as solution focused therapy to facilitate mental and emotional healing.
