My clients come from all walks of life, whether preteens navigating difficulties at school or elders reflecting on their journeys and accepting their life as a whole. Clients and I collaborate to establish tailored treatment plans that appropriately fit their needs in this season of difficulty. I work with clients individually, with their spouses, parents, or children to most effectively create sustainable change. Clients attend weekly or biweekly sessions, reviewing their challenges from previous weeks as we continue on their journey to gracefully accepting their selves now and fearlessly discovering who they're created to be.
