Our lives are full of changes, struggles, and great joys. It is during the times when we are experiencing a variety of family or personal struggles that we need someone to listen to us and offer resources and alternative points of view while we challenge ourselves to grow. Whether you, your teenager or your family are experiencing obstacles, I would like to help. I have spent more than 20 years working with adolescents, particularly girls, and their families. I also enjoy working with athletes and sports-minded individuals. I co-own Trio Wellspace in Holland where mental, physical and emotional health are supported. I will help you look at nutrition, exercise, sleep, behavioral and medicinal options for addressing your needs. I am certified in auricular acupuncture (NADA protocol) and use alternate techniques when appropriate and requested.
