I absolutely love working with individuals from all walks of life. I have a passion for working with people who have experienced traumatic events, chronic childhood trauma, adoption, BIPOC related concerns, grief and loss, and people who are in the never ending "middle' of parenthood. I additionally love working with LGTBQ+, woman/female identifying related concerns, life transitions, and perfectionism. I believe people can heal neglected parts of their stories by finding common themes and narratives that have been fragmented along the way in order to create a more holistic and "at peace" version of self.
