I work from a strength based approach believing that each individual and family is resilient and has the ability to reach for their potential and healing. I believe counseling is an opportunity to better define your desires for self, values, beliefs, goals and ultimately move towards the healthiest version of you. I work with youth, teens and adults with depression/anxiety/trauma & grief and find that as you increase your ability to manage and integrate these experiences into daily living, healing happens.
