With over 13 years of clinical experience across the life span, I recognize the importance of finding the balance between supporting and challenging my clients through the intentional building of the therapeutic relationship. I focus on the whole person and lean into the importance of establishing safety in the therapeutic process. I support my clients to share their stories, challenge thinking patterns, build coping strategies, and process their experiences and the world around them through dialogue.
