I provide a warm, empathetic, yet real strengths based perspective approach to client's via tele-health from a secure location. As a queer person from rural Illinois, I understand the importance and struggles of finding a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. I strive to provide a safe and affirming virtual space. My back ground is in social work; I often include global perspective for a more comprehensive, holistic view. My greatest strength as a provider is my compassion and ability to meet folx where they are at. It isn't helpful for me to just tell someone what to do, or try to make someone fit into mold.
