Morning and afternoon availability. I work with adults, young adults, children, teens and parents. I use a solution focused and CBT approach. I will support you in setting realistic and achievable goals. My hope is for you to feel confident to handle challenges that may arise. I have a variety of experience with presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, family stressors, life transitions and parenting support. I am also available for supervision consultation for LCSWs working toward independent licensure.
