Are you having a hard time getting out of a cycle of conflict? Have you and your partner run into issues with a sexual desire mismatch? I work with individuals and couples struggling with sexual desire concerns, communication issues, and interpersonal challenges. I also have experience working with anxiety, trauma, conflict management, and individuals in recovery from addiction. Asking for help can be difficult, and I strive to create a comfortable environment that leads to deeper emotional processing, insight-building, and goal-setting. I approach therapy through a person-centered lens, focusing on what the client wants first.
