Taking the step to seek therapy can be scary, intimidating, and overwhelming. I look forward to working with adult individuals and couples who are brave enough to take this step to better themselves and their relationships. My focus primarily lies in bettering client's self-esteem through exploring their identity and personal experiences that have made them who they are today. My ideal clients may not know where or how to begin their journey of self discovery, but are willing to take the chance. I work with clients to create their own goals. I tend to work at the client's pace, pushing them when need be.
