When you care for a child who has been through hard things you may feel alone, confused, and not sure how to help. Kids often don't have the words to express what they are feeling. When your child and I work together, we will use art, sand and other play activities to allow them to express themselves in ways that feel safe. Trauma affects all areas of life. I would be honored to work with you and your child to navigate the struggles and celebrate the victories.
