The decision to seek therapy in times of turmoil is courageous and wise. Often we spend so much time caring for others and giving of ourselves, that we forget to attend to our own needs - emotionally, physically, and spiritually. At times a heartbreaking loss, illness, divorce, or other event is the catalyst for turning our attention inward.
