Hi! My name is Molly, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in CA (157690) and FL (TPIM46), specialized in treating OCD and trained/supervised by Alegra Kastens, LMFT (124277). I help individuals with OCD, anxiety, eating disorders, and other anxiety-related disorders find a calm mind and reconnect with themselves using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based skills. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address the deeper emotional wounds that often underlie these struggles, helping clients heal from the inside out.
