I work with adults, older adults, and couples in transition. I believe people have all the tools they need to supersede surviving and grow into thriving. Some times it is in our confusion and life's difficult points that we cannot see which tools we need to utilize in order to have the peace and joy we strive for. Working with an understanding and patient counselor can be the key to becoming empowered and making the necessary changes needed to achieve your goals.
