I love to help individuals improve their quality of life by teaching them healthy coping skills, managing emotions, and processing traumas. I believe you are an expert in your own life and my role is to provide support, understanding, and validation, while also helping to navigate through conflict resolution and problem solving. My approach to therapy is strength based and client centered. I meet every client where they are with unconditional positive regard and am honored when given the chance to work with individuals through their therapy journey. Learning healthy coping skills can make a significant difference in how we interact and respond to our environments. I would love to have an opportunity to help individuals engage in healthy coping skills as well as improve interpersonal effectiveness which can make a significant impact on relationships.
