My first focus when working with a client is to develop a trusting relationship. I believe this is necessary to be able to help them to work through the problems they may encounter in their lives. Clients come to me with problems which may include feelings of depression and sadness, dealing with conflict in relationships, understanding issues of identity, coping with grief and loss and making important life decisions such as in career, education and health.
