Welcome. I offer counseling for a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, relationships, health, career, retirement, and aging. My goal is to provide a safe and caring environment where you feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. I use an integrative therapeutic approach, with a primary focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic experiencing. As an IFS-trained therapist, I help clients explore and heal inner parts with compassion and curiosity.
