Hello. My name is Monica Brown Hall. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My practice is in California, providing individual telehealth therapy to adult clients ages eighteen and up. I work with clients who experience anxiety, stress, depression, chronic illness, relationship challenges, employment, phase of life/transitioning, depression, anxiety, academic, and/or learning challenges. I utilize motivational interviewing, strengths perspective, REBT techniques, and some aspects of acceptance, DBT, and CBT.
