With 28 years of experience along with a disciplined lifestyle, I have successfully treated patients with addictions, chronic mental illness, anxiety, depression, grief, and anger. I also specialize in conflict resolution due to family issues such as divorce, sexual identify, spiritual confusion, and yes - I also work with teenagers helping them to overcome all the difficulties they experience. With the proper understanding, perspective alignment and coaching, my patients lead a happier/healthier life. I consider my work to be rooted in transpersonal therapy, supporting clients not only in healing but also in exploring deeper meaning, purpose, and connection beyond the self.
