If you’re seeking support to process trauma, address a substance use issue, manage anxiety, or better understand YOU, I can hold space while you heal. I view substance use and other coping behaviors through a harm-reduction and trauma informed lens. I seek first to understand the protective nature of the behavior, then practice gentleness as you shift into a new way of being. It’s important to explore how outside factors can impact your journey and experience in the therapy room - healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum!
