I am a psychotherapist who takes a holistic and integrative approach, blending Mindfulness, CBT, IFS, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapies. I tailor therapy to meet each person’s unique developmental and emotional needs. I provide a compassionate and safe space where clients can explore their emotions, identify behaviors and beliefs that limit their growth, release emotional blockages, and cultivate self-compassion. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, cultivate balance, and navigate life with clarity and confidence. In your first session, we’ll get to know you, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. You’ll experience a safe and supportive space to share at your own pace, and we’ll begin exploring the patterns that affect your well-being. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of the process and the next steps to feel supported and empowered.
