I'm a warm and caring therapist who knows the value of humor, and I bring that into my work to help balance and cope with the more difficult parts of life. I'm trained in harm reduction, a collaborative approach between client and therapist that incorporates the belief that abstinence is one solution to drug and alcohol misuse but not the only solution. I also have experience with moderation management for alcohol use. I especially enjoy working with clients who are struggling with emotion regulation, boundary issues, and transitions.
