About

I am a relational mental health therapist ready to help with many of the issues that come along with being alive. I am here to listen, sit with you through your uncomfortable feelings, celebrate your success and overall support you through life challenges. We can process the past, learn how to be at peace with the present moment, and cope with anxieties of the future. My hope is to create an environment where you have permission and space for your unique lived experience. I enjoy working with issues related to codependency, neurodivergence and attachment. I am an ally to the queer community and strive to be culturally aware. Utilizing a Gestalt lens, I work to create a shame-free space for you to openly express yourself. Overall, my goal is to help you learn about yourself, increase self-awareness and recognize some of the unhealthy behavioral and relationship patterns you may have developed throughout life.
