I work with individuals and couples stuck in painful, repeating patterns—addiction, intimacy struggles, betrayal, emotional shutdown, or chronic disconnection. Many are outwardly capable and functional, yet feel reactive, distant, or dissatisfied where it matters most. Others have done significant healing work but sense there is more depth, freedom, and integrity available. They want real change—not quick fixes—and are ready to take responsibility for how they show up in their lives and relationships. I am a Board-Certified Coach with a Master’s in Forensic Psychology and advanced training in counseling, sexual health, and addiction recovery. I help clients build emotional, relational, and sexual capacity through practical, science-informed work that blends accountability, compassion, and real-time relational insight.
