Life can feel overwhelming at times and when you don't feel heard it creates areas of struggle within it and these past few years have created even more of these feelings for several individuals. From anxiety, depression, grief, and even trauma I am here to help you and work through issues to help keep you at your best mental health state. I help you work through life's difficulties in a positive and healthy manner using a therapeutic approach that promotes positive self esteem. By using this approach, I am able to meet you where you are at, understand the lens that you see life through, and use a solution focus base to resolve issues you feel are hindering you.
