Perhaps the most difficult and courageous decision one must make in life is to ask for help during troubling times. I practice holistic reality-based therapy, teaching clients to become agents of their own change. I will assist in identifying goals, as well as barriers, and together we will collaborate to devise and implement a set of life skills and tools that will ultimately become the backbone of positive change for an individual or family. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is the single most important factor in successful therapy outcomes.
