About

I am Monica Rios, a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in New Jersey, Maryland, and Texas. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Texas in Brownsville and my Master's in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. I began counseling clients in 2022 at the SMU's clinic. During that time, I also worked as a full-time Bilingual teacher for 13 years. Trust is the cornerstone of therapeutic relationships, and I am dedicated to fostering a trusting and collaborative environment where my clients can work towards their most important goals.
