Hi, I'm Monica. Life can be very overwhelming for anyone, and I understand how hard it is to juggle life's day to day responsibilities. I have extensive knowledge and experience working with a wide variety of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression and those on the Autism Spectrum. I also have experience in case management and community outreach. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to help my clients reach their goals. I am a warm and empathetic person who likes connecting with people from all walks of life. I am very open minded and possess a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals, their lives, choices, and situations.
