If you are feeling stuck in the past, lost, hopeless, and disconnected from yourself and the life you want, it can feel impossible to get "unstuck". Past traumas and current external systems can make it feel like things will never get better. Oftentimes, you might wonder if you even deserve to feel better. It's important in these moments to notice the parts of you that do want to feel better, to heal, and to move towards your ideal life - whatever that may look like. My approach is holistic - I explore how both someone’s own individual identities and bigger/external systems interact/impact day-to-day functioning. My work is rooted in building up a non-judgmental self-awareness and explore the relationship with the self. My goal is to help you heal your relationship with yourself.
