I work with people who are ready for change—even if they’re not sure how to begin. Many of my clients are thoughtful, caring, and often a bit hard on themselves. They may find themselves caught in patterns of overthinking, worry, or self-doubt, or feel stretched thin from putting others’ needs ahead of their own. The people I work with aren’t looking for “just talk.” They want tools they can use in real life. They’re curious about how their mind and body work and open to trying new approaches. My clients want to feel calmer, more confident, and more grounded—not by forcing positivity, but by learning practical skills that help.
