Hi! I’m Monika. I'm a formally trained Internal Family Systems therapist. Our work supports you to build a relationship of trust with your inner wisdom and to become more deeply attuned to every part of you to establish a sense of home within. In doing so, we create space for you to remember who you truly are by releasing beliefs that were pressed on to you via culture, family, and experiences so that you can live the life you truly desire in relationship to yourself, loved ones, and the world. I take an integrated, holistic approach using IFS parts work, somatic, breath, & meditation practices, and Reiki. Exploring the roots of our conditions & beliefs and creating space to be with our difficult emotions and experiences is challenging, sacred work. We co-create a space to hold all of your experience from a grounded, curious, compassionate place moving at the pace of your slowest moving part so that you may see yourself clearly (aka in your wholeness).
