As a clinician practicing an integrated healthcare approach, I believe therapy is not only about helping clients when they are faced with difficult times, but also celebrating their successes, as well as providing maintenance and preventative care. Throughout my career to date I had worked on a wide-variety of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and life transitions, among others.
