Hi there, I'm Monique! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have practiced providing therapeutic services for nearly 10 years. Therapy to me is helping individuals work through real-life experiences in a way that is relatable and most manageable to themselves. Outside of my profession, I can be found enjoying cooking and entertaining family and friends, cheering on my sons at a soccer field, and spoiling my dog, Tommy. My style provides a safe, non-judgmental space to share, explore, process, and gain insight into past and present experiences hindering growth.
