I take a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you will feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore your experiences and reconnect with your values. While the therapeutic relationship is central to my work, I also incorporate evidence-based modalities.
