I'd be honored to support your healing and personal growth. I love guiding those ready to re-parent themselves and heal complex trauma, including emotional neglect and narcissistic abuse. I work with couples and families, especially in non-traditional spaces: LGBTQ+ community, blended families, and those grappling with how technology and AI are reshaping intimacy, relationships, and human connection—whether through personal use, relational concerns, or broader existential anxiety. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and medicine journey integration. While our work together will be shaped by your unique goals, I often support people with: better attunement to your needs while developing healthy boundaries with others, learning to soothe your nervous system, and rediscovering your core self. I frequently utilize elements of Parts work (IFS), Brainspotting & Somatics, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
