Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve spent much of your life navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, shame, or challenging relationship patterns. My approach is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to help you better understand what’s been holding you back and what you need to move forward. I provide trauma-informed, person-centered therapy for adults, adolescents, couples (including ethically non-monogamous and non-traditional relationships), and families. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences, identity, attachment patterns, and current stressors impact your emotions and relationships.
