Life can be unexpected and hard. I do not believe you have to deal with life's challenges alone. I enjoy helping and coaching clients to deal with challenges so that they can learn and grow from them. I strive to offer a welcoming, comfortable environment where we can talk about your current problems, identify your strengths, and create usable tools to help you with your challenges and life. I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults. I am a trained Grief and Loss Specialist who likes to use an integrative, holistic approach with all clients. I take time to understand your life, your therapeutic goals, and create space for you to be able to grow and develop. I am an active therapist during your sessions - I ask many questions and provide feedback.
