I’m Dr. Linda Terry, a licensed psychologist and the founder of Monumental Health, LLC. I believe that collective healing begins within—and that therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself, process pain, and move toward lasting growth. I specialize in working with adults who are ready to face challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating patterns that feel hard to break—whether it’s in relationships, career, or their inner world.
