We all have our secrets, our stories, our pasts. Through therapy, my hope is to help you find a path out of the woods and back into the light. I believe in developing skill sets and finding insight to promote healing from the myriad of difficulties that can be faced throughout one’s life. I specialize in women’s mental health, particularly as this relates to: trauma, self-injury, eating disorders, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and borderline personality disorder. In working together, I believe that I can support you in developing a life worth living, even in times of darkness.
