We all get stuck, overwhelmed, or find ourselves in places we never thought we'd be. Whether this is due to life circumstances, past trauma, or simply part of the human experience, I believe we are all capable of finding or returning to balance and joy. I work with adult and adolescent individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and life transitions/changes. I offer outdoor/walk-and-talk sessions as well as equine-assisted psychotherapy, and draw on a multitude of evidence-based interventions, including mindfulness, self-compassion, IFS (internal family systems), and nervous system science for a holistic, mind-body approach to therapy. As a relationship-based therapist, I prioritize our connection in all work.
