I believe in the power of collaboration and a human-centered therapeutic approach, creating a nonjudgmental space for you and your loved ones to feel heard, explore your experiences, and work towards your goals. I provide holistic, strengths-based therapy that recognizes people exist within a complex web of relationships and systems, including family, friends, community, and culture. I am particularly passionate about working with pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults. I also deeply enjoy partnering with families to help improve communication and strengthen relationships.
