As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor, I utilize a person-centered approach to help guide you on your path to finding freedom from whatever has been holding you back. I have worked in substance abuse and mental health for the past nine years and specialize in co-morbid treatment for adults and adolescents. I pride myself on my ability to connect with my clients and build positive rapport, especially with adolescents. You have the potential to heal and change, you just might not have the tools right now to accomplish your goals. Let me help you to build those tools! I am flexible in finding what works best for you! I utilize a variety of therapy modalities to help you process and cope - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Grounding, and Emotional Freedom Techniques.
