I work with women who are struggling with overwhelming anxiety. Sometimes this includes problems with relationships, work, their identity, spiritual issues, eating issues, and grief. My clients often come to me wanting to better themselves, but feel a little lost. They can achieve, tough it out, and make other people happy, but aren’t really happy themselves. They seem FINE on the outside, but have a hard time holding it all together. They want enjoyment, connection, and to be free from expectations.
